Arrow Building & Repair Supplies We Carry
Adhesives, Glues & Solvents
The right glue holds inserts, nocks, and arrow tips in place through repeated shots and field conditions. Our adhesives, glues, and solvents collection includes hot melt glue sticks, insert adhesives, fletching gels, epoxy, and arrow cleaners from AAE, Bohning, and Easton.
Arrow Weights
Front-of-center balance affects how an arrow flies and impacts accuracy. Our arrow weights collection includes weight adjustment tools compatible with a range of carbon arrow shaft diameters. Fine-tuning your setup to the highest precision starts with getting the balance right.
Arrow Tools
Proper arrow building tools keep your components square and your build consistent. Our arrow tools collection includes squaring devices, taper tools, insert tools, and arrow spinners for checking straightness. These tools bring the precision needed to produce arrows that perform the same shot after shot.
Fletching Jigs
A fletching jig holds your vane or feather in place at the correct angle while the adhesive cures, giving you a repeatable result that matches your shooting style. Our fletching jigs collection includes the Bohning Triple Tower, Bitzenburger jigs, and Easton EZ Fletch options for both small and large diameter shafts.
What to Know Before Building Your Own Arrows
Arrow building starts with matching your supplies to your setup. Carbon arrow shafts are the most common choice for modern archery, but wooden arrows remain popular for traditional recurve and longbow shooting. Either way, arrow length should be determined before cutting, measure from the bottom of the nock groove to the end of the shaft and factor in your draw length and point weight. A squaring device and taper tool ensure your components seat correctly. Some arrow damage, like loose inserts or fletching issues, can be repaired with the right adhesive and replacement components. Structural damage to the shaft typically requires replacement rather than repair.

Arrow Shafts
Before you can build, you need a shaft. We carry carbon arrows, aluminum, and traditional options across hunting, target, and 3D categories. Browse our full arrow shafts collection to find the right carbon arrow shafts for your bow and shooting style.
Fletching Materials & Wraps
Once your jig is set up, you need material to fletch with. We carry vanes, feathers, and arrow wraps in a range of sizes and profiles. Visit our fletching materials and wraps collection to find the right match for your build.
Nocks & Accessories
The nock is the last component seated on the shaft before you shoot. Getting the fit right matters for consistency and safety. Browse our nocks and accessories collection for pin nocks, lighted nocks, PlastiNocks, and nock bushings across a range of sizes.
Frequently Asked Questions
It depends on the shaft and how permanent you want the bond. Hot melt glue is adjustable, inserts can be removed with heat, which is useful for changing point weights. Epoxy and cyanoacrylate adhesives like the AAE Max Impact create a permanent bond with higher precision and are better suited for setups you do not plan to change. Check compatibility with your shaft material before applying.
A fletching jig holds a vane or feather against the shaft at a set angle while the glue cures. This produces consistent fletching placement across every arrow in your set, which directly affects accuracy and grouping. Different jigs accommodate different shaft diameters and fletching styles, so match the jig to your arrow build.
Arrow weights are small inserts added to the front of a shaft to adjust front-of-center balance. Shifting weight forward can improve stability and contribute to better penetration, especially in hunting setups. Overall penetration depends on total arrow mass, FOC, and broadhead choice together. Weight adjustment tools allow fine-tuning on carbon arrows without changing the rest of your components.
