Return Policy
In-Store Purchases:
- If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any non-bow purchase, you can return for exchange, replacement, or store credit within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt, with the product in its original packaging and in unused condition.
- Bow purchases have a 3 day return policy, there will be a 15% restocking fee on the bow and accessories.
Online Purchases:
- All e-commerce Bow purchases must be returned within 30 days of receipt, factory sealed for a full refund. Otherwise, there will be a 10% restocking fee, depending on the condition of the bow.
- All other items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, in original packaging with all the parts.
Items NOT Eligible for Return / Exchange:
- Special Orders
- Made to Order or Cut to Order Arrows or Shafts
- Clearance Items
- Open Box Items
- Books
- Gift Cards
Shipping and Order Errors
- If an error was made while fulfilling the order, please call or email us immediately. We will do our best to remedy the situation and make things right. Adventures Archery will cover return costs or provide a return shipping label if an error was made or if the items arrived damaged or defective.
- All other returns may incur a shipping charge for a return label.
